How the programme works
- 12-month programme
- Leaders attend 4 impactful half day workshops on Inclusive Leadership, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture Change and Organisational Performance
- Leaders attend a curated programme of Chat & Learn sessions to broaden their awareness of key inclusion topics
- Dedicated coach to raise self-awareness and confidence as a leader, helping them to create that inclusive culture in their function, further improving their understanding of key EDI topics as well as provision of support throughout the programme
