I'M SIMON HOUGHTON

A management consultant. A sport psychologist. An executive coach. A specialist in culture change.

I've worked with the likes of Shell, Reuters, Vodafone, easyJet, P&O Ferries amongst others, looking to create change, improve productivity, and profit.

But I've also worked with much smaller organisations. An engineering consultancy start-up. A mid-size recruitment agency. An ambitious social enterprise organisation. I've adapted the skills, tools and techniques used with Blue-Chip clients to enable them to be applied equally well with SMEs.
