How the programme works

  • 12-month programme
  • Leaders attend 4 impactful half day workshops on Inclusive Leadership, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture Change and Organisational Performance
  • Leaders attend a curated programme of Chat & Learn sessions to broaden their awareness of key inclusion topics
  • Dedicated coach to raise self-awareness and confidence as a leader, helping them to create that inclusive culture in their function, further improving their understanding of key EDI topics as well as provision of support throughout the programme

The Inclusive Culture Programme

How the programme works

  • Typically 6-12 months
  • Programme Managers and Team Leads coached and supported to facilitate short, weekly, discussions with their teams that result in individuals opening up, challenging one another, and creating that psychologically safe and inclusive environment
  • A focus on ‘little and often’, with a comprehensive programme that supports the teams throughout their  change journey. Includes online training, Manager coaching, Inclusion Moments cards, and other support
